Each dress and garment is individually handcrafted using authentic vintage lace and carefully designed with exceptional attention to detail. Because every piece is created specifically for you, we kindly ask that you review our store policy before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our designs, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each gown is individually crafted and reserved specifically for you, making it impossible to restock or resell as a standard retail item.
We appreciate your understanding and support of slow, handcrafted fashion.

Custom & Made-to-Order Designs
Custom designs and personalized alterations are created specifically for each client.
For this reason, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned once production has begun.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged to protect your garment during transit.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
